This super value pattern features two fun designs, perfect for chilly days!   The penguin design is largely an intarsia based pattern, for the hat, adding an extra section for the beak and finished with a pompom whereas the dog design detail is embroidered on and the ears attached to the hat once the knitting is complete.  Super easy projects using Dk yarn.  The instructions include charts for both penguin and dog motifs, a great first intarsia project.
