Sirdar’s Softspun Chunky yarn is loosely chained with visible nylon thread wrapped with wool and acrylic fibres. This combination and construction method gives the yarn a slightly metallic/shiny look, immense strength and incredible lightness. Recommended tension is a standard 14 sts to 19 rows so should work with most chunky patterns but please check your tension before you begin to avoid disappointment.
