What A Week

As well as seeing to your orders we've been adding some new knitting goodies to the store. We're very pleased to be able to say that we're now an official stockist for Sirdar and have added the Snuggly range of baby / toddler knitting yarns to the store. Over the coming months we will be looking to add further Sirdar items to the store. If there is anything in particular you would like us to carry please let us know.

We've also added 9 shades of Austermann's Alpaca Silk to the store. The Deep Red and Green shades are probably our favourites but they are all good. This is a beautiful blend of alpaca and silk. It's aran / worsted weighted and we're very impressed with the stitch definition that it gives. Goes without saying but as with the other Austermann yarns the price and quality is spot on. Definitely worth taking a look at in our opinion. I don't think anyone who has purchased an Austermann yarn from us has been disappointed with their purchase. We've also heard that this yarn is going to be featured in Knit Now magazine in early 2013. When we get more details we'll post them here and on our Facebook page. In the meantime Happy Knitting!
